The Benefits of Yoga
One-on-one yoga is the best way to learn and practice this ancient technology. Private lessons are the traditional way yoga was passed down, from teacher to students. It is still the best way to have all your questions answered in the most efficient way possible and to ensure a safe and transformative practice.
Anxiety and Depression Management
Cassandra has had great success helping clients with anxiety and/or depression issues. In order to specifically target your energetic imbalance, Cassandra will use her clinical knowledge of ayurveda, yoga, trauma, and meditation to customize your practice. Designing a program to help your exact imbalance is the key. Did you know that not all types of meditation are good for all people? Depending on the practice, meditation can even be harmful. There are many forms of meditation and yoga, all with very specific, scientific purposes.
What Is Ayurveda?
It takes great expertise to understand that some techniques may aggravate your unique situation in a mild to severe way, while others will help tremendously. Cassandra can target your exact imbalance with her extensive knowledge and help in ways that you never thought possible. This is the core of vedic knowledge, which is is thousands of years old and encompasses all meditation, mindfulness, and ayurvedic knowledge to date.

Beginner’s Yoga Lessons:

Perhaps you feel lost in a world where more than half of yoga is about the temperature being super hot in the room, getting the best work out ever, and there is not much attention paid to relaxation, meditation, and breathing. Well, if you are looking for the opposite of that– a healthy and gradual pace for learning yoga (asana) and breathing (pranayama), which creates a natural and effortless state of meditation (dhyana), and an excellent guide for these yoga techniques, I am the teacher for you!
